These terms govern your use of the CloserHire website and our recruitment services as a candidate. By using this website or applying through our campaigns, you agree to these terms. Commercial terms for employer clients are agreed separately in writing.
In these terms, "CloserHire", "we" and "us" refer to the CloserHire recruitment business operating this website.
2. Our services
CloserHire provides recruitment services: we source, screen and present candidates to prospective employers, and support the interview, offer and relocation process. We are an intermediary — we are not the employer, and any employment contract is between you and the hiring company.
3. For candidates
- Our services are always free for candidates. We will never ask you to pay a fee to apply, interview, or be placed.
- You agree to provide accurate, truthful information in your application, including about your identity, language skills, work eligibility and experience.
- Job descriptions, salaries, benefits and relocation packages are set by the hiring employer and may change. Final terms are those in the employment contract you sign with the employer.
- We cannot guarantee that any application will result in an interview, offer or placement.
4. Recruitment fraud warning
Legitimate communication from CloserHire will never ask you for payment, banking PINs or passwords. If someone claims to represent us and requests money at any stage of the process, do not pay — and report it to us at hello@closerhire.com.
5. Website use
- You may not use this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape, copy or republish its content without permission.
- All content on this site — text, design, graphics and branding — belongs to CloserHire or its licensors and may not be reused without written consent.
6. Third-party platforms and links
Parts of our process run on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram, and our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.
7. Liability
The website and our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloserHire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, your application, or decisions made by hiring employers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
