CloserHire is a remote-first recruitment firm specialising in multilingual talent for the iGaming industry and international operations — built by people who understand what it means to move countries for work.

01Our story

CloserHire exists because international hiring is usually done backwards. Agencies post a job in English, wait for applicants, and hope the right Turkish, Russian or Korean speaker stumbles across it. We do the opposite: we go into the candidate's own market, in their own language, on the channels they actually use.

That approach has taken us deep into Türkiye, Russian-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets, Brazil, Korea and Southeast Asia — recruiting game presenters, customer support professionals and multilingual talent for studios and operations across Europe, LATAM and the Gulf.

We're remote-first by design. Our recruiters work from the markets they recruit in, speak the languages they screen for, and qualify every candidate personally — by conversation, not by keyword filter. It keeps us fast, and it keeps the quality honest.

And because most of our placements involve moving countries, relocation isn't an afterthought — it's half the job. We stay close from first message to first day, because a signed offer means nothing if the candidate never lands.
